刨花板厚度偏差控制因素分析Ⅱ

摘要 用数理统计方法对改进后的未砂光刨花板厚度偏差进行分析,其结果证明实施原料控制措施后因原料引起的刨花板厚度变化方差减少了79%,并且随着铺装质量的提高,毛板重量波动已不再对板厚度有显著影响。在此基础上进一步采取措施,使产品厚度偏差达到设备应该达到的质量指标,并可满足在国际市场上流通的基本要求。由此证实了运用数理统计方法诊断刨花板厚度偏差形成原因的实用性和可靠性。 The factors of thickness variation control are further studied by means of statistical analysis. The results indicated, the thickness square deviation affected by the single species (Masson′s pine) as raw materials instead of the mixed and uncontrolled SPecies decreased by 79%, so the raw materials is one of the key factors of thickness variation control; when the correlation of thickness with weight of boards become insignificant after the forming quality has been improved, the thickness variation coused by hot press could be distinguished from the forming unit, and then the basis could be provided for putting further measures into effect. The final thickness variation of the unsanded particleboard can come up to the standards from Siempelkamp Co of Germany and meet elementary requirements of international market. The above results have confirmed the practicality and reliability of using statistical methods to diagnose the factors of thickness variation control in particleboard.
