On Making Clear Two Theoretical Statements With Influence Privately-Owned Economy Healthy Development

在社会主义初级阶段，在坚持公有制为主的前提下发展私营经济这是非常正确的选择，但对于“发展私营经济等同生产力的发展和发展私营经济就必须补资本主义课”这两个理论命题应当予以澄清，笔者就此谈一点看法。

On the initial stage of socialism, it is the very correct choice to develop the privately owned economy on the premise of insisting the public ownership as the main body. But there are these two theoretical statement, which think that 'the development-owned economy is equal to the development of productive forces'and 'the development of privately-owned economy must make up the capitalist lessons'.We should make clear these two theoretical statements.
