摘要
用厘竹、青皮竹、篙竹制成的MDF为试材,以国产TMO、DD及比利时的MECT三种防霉剂对其进行处理后,从板的物理力学性能及抗霉效力等方面进行比较表明,对木材有效的防霉剂并非对竹材MDF也有效。MECT与TMO比较,前者抗霉效力略高于后者,但前者使板的强度下降幅度较大,而价格约为后者的5倍。如果用法得当,TMO对竹材MDF的抗霉效力仍可达到100%。工艺试验结果表明,合适的制板工艺将使板的抗霉效果得到充分发挥,而且可以保证板的物理力学指标处于高水平前提下,确定其最低的原料及防霉剂消耗水平。
Aseries of MDF prepared form three, speeies of bamboo: Arundinaria hindsii, Bambusa teztilis, Bambusa pervariabilis and mixture of them, respectively, treated with 3 kinds, of low hazard fungicides againsts mold, domestic products TMO and DD, and imported product MECT. The result indicated that a fungicide effective in controlling mold for timber, would not be equal effective for MDF. Comparting with TMO for MDF, MECT was more expensive and would more decrease the strength of MDF than that of TMO. Preparetion of MDF and treatment with fungicide in proper way and optimum conditions made not only satisfactory antimold efficieney, but also high level of physical-mechanical, properties of MDF with low consumption of raw material and fungicide.
