自然资源的有限性决定了资源的稀缺性。在我国这样一个人口众多、自然资源相对稀缺的国家,更应该树立整体的、长远的、合理的资源观,对自然资源进行科学、合理和有效的配置,提高资源的利用效率,实现经济、社会的可持续发展。

The finiteness of natural resources determines its scarcity. In our country which has large pop-ulation and relativeIy scarce natural resources, we should even set up the whole, long-term and reasonable re-sources point of view, allocate the natural resources scientifically, reasonable and effectively, promote the usageeffectiveness of resources and realize the sustainable development of economy and society.
