思想政治工作要适应社会环境和工作对象的急剧变化,就应该弘扬对真理和完美人格的执着追求精神、坚持科学理性与政治取向相一致的思想,并且把科学创新精神贯穿于思想政治工作改革与发展实践的过程中,最终实现与科学精神的融合,提高工作效益。
