云南全面建设小康社会，必须以“三个代表”重要思想为指导。要使“三个代表”重要思想对云南发展的指导作用更突出和更有成效，应从开创务实高效领导科学体系上，提高全面建设小康社会的领导能力，从发展经济、奠定雄厚物质基础上，体现云南发展的全面性与协调性，从进一步提高和调动广大人民在全面建设小康社会的自主参与性上，让人民获得更多的实惠。

In order to build a well-off society in Yunnan in an all-round way, we must take the important three represents thought as our guideline. To make the guiding role of the thought in developing Yunnan more prominent and more effective, we should promote the leading ability in building the well-off society. To raise and maneuver the mass enthusiasm for Self-determined participation in building the well-off society, we should allow people to get more boon.
