对云南走新型工业化道路的思考

Reflections on Yunnan's Taking a New Road to Industrialization

走新型工业化道路在实践中能否取得良好的效果，一方面取决于如何将这种增长模式与实际相结合，另一方面取决于这种增长模式赖以存在和发展的制度、政策和经济等诸环境。作者结合实际，对云南省推进新型工业化道路中政府的作用、资源性工业结构的转换、新型工业化与农业产业化和城市化、高新技术产业区建设对新型工业化的作用等问题进行探讨。

Whether the new road to industrialization can bring forth good results is decided by the way of combining such growth mode with practice and by other factors that the growth mode relies on, such as institutions, policies, economic situations, etc. This article practically analyzes the government roles of economic regulation, the restructuring of resource industries, the development of the urbanization and the industrialization of agriculture, the building-up of development zones for high and new technology industries, and other factors in the new road to industrialization in accordance with their contributions.
