阐述了高等院校实验室建设的重要意义。根据环境工程专业的培养目标、培养方案和学校的特点,制定了环境工程专业实验室建设发展的总体规划。针对专业实验室管理体制和实验室师资队伍建设等问题提出了个人的见解。

The significance of the laboratory of the university is discussed. According to the training aim and the training project of environmental engineering specialty and the character of our university, the overall development program of the laboratory of environmental engineering specialty was worked out. Some points of view about the problems of the management system and the teacher construction of specialized laboratory are put forward.
