高职学生实习实训是高职教育的重要环节。通过对实习实训目标、内容、方法、手段等改革,培养出适应生产一线的具有较强的观察、分析、判断、解决实际问题能力的技术型人才;创办具有前瞻性实习实训基地,为创新能力的培养提供有力的保障。

Training and practice of the student is an important link for higher vocational education. Through reforming goal, content, method, means of practice and training in fact, we can foster technical personel who could adapt to the production and have stronger ability of observation,analysis,judge and solve practical problem. A practical base being perspective would be established and offered the effective guarantee for cultivation of innovative ability.
