发展高等职业教育,是适应当前经济发展的必然选择;文章从高职班主任教师的角度,对高职学生的心理状态进行了简要分析,并从专业课教师的角度结合学生的心理特点,对教学方法进行了较全面的总结探索,也要求高职教师在业务及个人实际操作能力上尽快提高,以适应高职教学要求。

In order to catch up with the space of the developing economy, we must adapt higher vocational education to the present economic development. The article carries on brief analysis of the psychological state of the high vocational student from the view of the teacher in charge of a class. It combines the psychological characteristicses of student from the view of teacher giving specialized courses, earring on relatively overall summary probe to teaching method. It is also required the teachers make quick progress in the ability in the teaching work and individual operation in order to meet the needs of higher vocational teaching.
