摘要
企业的应变能是指企业在环境发生变化时所做出的反应能力。从分析企业的潜在特征和外在特征入手,探讨了灵活性与适应性的差别与联系,建立了管理系统应变能力的模型。
Enterprise flexibility is the reactive ability that enterprises show when the environment changes.This paper explored the differences and connections between flexibity and adaptability through the analysis of enterprise underlying and external features.The model of administration system flexibility is also established in the paper.
