摘要
包装废弃物是造成城市垃圾的主要源头之一。减少包装废弃物对环境的污染和对人体健康的危害,其有效措施不是粗放的末端处理,而是对废弃物产生的源头进行控制和管理,以及对包装废弃物的分类回收和循环再利用。
Waste package is one of the main causes of producing garbage in cities .Reducing environment pollution and harmfulness for health which coming from waste package ,it is the effective measure to control and administer fountainhead of waste material and recover waste by classification as well as make reuse of waste .The final disposal of waste is not a effective measure.
