Sublating and Developing of Traditional Chinese Culture through Mao Ze-dong's Party Construction Theory

毛泽东在建设中国共产党的过程中将马列主义建党学说与中国实际相结合,批判地吸收了中国传统文化中的精华,并加以改造创新:吸收知行观创立了党的思想路线;吸收民本思想创立了党的群众路线;吸收尚贤观念创立了党的干部路线,形成了具有中国作风、中国气派和中国文化内容的马克思主义的建党学说。

Mao Zedong had not only combined MarxismLeninism with Chinese practical situation, but also critically absorbed the essence of traditional Chinese culture. Moreover, he innovated it by formulating: first, the Party's ideology based on the concept of acting on knowledge; second, the Party's mass line based on peopleoriented ideology; third, the Party's cadre policy based on ideology of promoting talent. Therefore, the Marxist party construction theory with characteristics of Chinese style, manner and culture had been developed. 
