摘要
企业文化是一个管理系统,具有反映变化的预警功能。科研院所转制成企业后,新旧两种文化之间存在着较大差异,这些差异通过文化的预警功能反映出来。文化冲突将影响到新生企业的生存和发展,新生企业只有主动进行文化变革才能消除冲突。文化变革的作用机制表现为阻力系统和动力系统的相互作用。
Corporation culture is a management system, which has preventive function. After research institute transforming into corporation, there are serious differences between two kinds of culture. And these differences will cause to culture conflicts within three layers of culture, which can be reflected by preventive system. These conflicts will threaten the development of new corporation. Corporation should have a culture revolution to sweep these conflicts.
