The Theories on Interest-bearing Capital composes a most important part in Marxism. This paper endeavors to integrate the four logical connotations of Marxian Theories on Interest-bearing Capital, namely, theories on the integrativeness of interest-bearing capital, theories on capitalist credit, theories on Fictitious Capital and theories on subsequences of credit system construction. The author points it out that Marxian Interest-bearing Theories has instructive value for renovating China's financial system and enterprises and for reducing the menace of financial crises.
