摘要
新课程对学校管理提出了新要求,同时,新课程也为学校管理提供了新的机遇。只有善于改革的学校才能成就新课程,因此,新课程改革要求学校管理者建立新的学校观、管理观,从传统的控制性管理转向教育性管理,行政管理转向校本管理,封闭管理转向开放管理,从而保障新课程的深入推进,促进学校的持续发展。
New curriculum has provided new requirements and opportunities for school management. The schools that are doing well in making reformation on new curriculum urge schools administrators to establish new views on schools and management, to turn from traditional controlled - management to educational management, from administrative management to school -based management, from block - out management to opening management, so as to ensure the advancing of new curriculum and promote schools to develop smoothly.
