Review of Legislation on Environment and Resources in Recent Years

近几年环境资源法研究日渐深入。研究问题主要集中在环境保护市场化、环境法理论、环境与贸易关系三个方面。具体研究了排污权制度的具体安排、环境权的概念和主体、应对环境壁垒的环境法措施等方面的内容。

Further studies have been made into the legislation on environment and resources in recent years. Problems focus on three aspects: industrialization of environment protection, the theory of environmental law, relation between environment and trade. The paper mainly studied the the arrangement of pollutant releasing right, conceptions and principal parts of environment right, legislation countermeasures for environment barriers, etc.
