高校兼职心理辅导员的自我调适

Self-adjustment of the Part-time Psychology Instructorsin Colleges and Universities

目前 ,部分高校从事思想政治工作的政工干部兼职从事大学生的心理辅导工作。然而 ,正如心理学不等同于政治学一样 ,心理辅导毕竟不是思想政治工作。能否在思想上比较清晰地认识两者的区别与联系 ,做好工作角色与情感的调适 ,对兼职心理辅导员能否成功地完成心理辅导任务十分重要。

At present, some officials of ideological work in colleges and universities take also the part time job as psychology instructors for students. However,just as “psychology”is unequal to “politics”,psychological instruction cant be equally replaced by ideological work, either.Therefore,in order to complete the tasks successfully,it looks important for the part time psychology instructors to recognize the distinctions and the connections between the two,and to adjust the mutual changes of the different roles of them as well.
