激素及细胞因子在老年肺炎患者营养状况评价中的意义

Significance of hormone and cytokine in the assess of nutritional status of aged patients with pneumonia

目的 从皮质醇 (Co)、三碘甲腺原氨酸 (T3)、白细胞介素 - 1β(IL - 1β)、胰岛素样生长因子 - (IGF- )的变化探讨激素及细胞因子在老年肺炎患者营养状况评价中的意义。方法 以 1 9例健康青壮年人、2 0例健康老年人、30例老年肺炎患者为研究对象 ,检测 T3、Co、IL- 1β、IGF- 的变化。结果 老年组 T3、Co、IGF- 较青年组为低。肺炎组 T3、IGF- 较老年组降低 ,Co、IL - 1β水平较老年组明显升高。肺炎组 T3、IGF- 治疗后明显升高 ,Co、IL - 1β水平明显降低。结论 老年肺炎患者存在不同程度的营养状况低下 ,这与体内的激素合成和细胞因子分泌发生不同程度的紊乱有关。老年肺炎患者治疗后体内激素、细胞因子水平均有不同程度的改善。

Objective To study the significance of hormone and cytokine in the assess of nutritional status of aged patients with pneumonia from the change of cortisol(Co), triiodothyronine(T3), interleukin 1β(IL 1β), and insulin like growth factor Ⅱ(IGF Ⅱ) Methods 19 normal young persons, 20 normal aged persons and 30 aged patients with pneumonia were enrolled to assess the nutritional status Results The contents of T3, Co, and IGF Ⅱin aged group were all lower than those in young group The T3 and IGF Ⅱlevels in pneumonia group were lower than those in aged group, but the Co and IL 1 βlevels in pneumonia group were high obviously compared with those in aged group The T3 and IGF Ⅱlevels increased obviously and the Co, IL 1βlevels decreased after therapy Conclusions It was concluded that there was different degree malnutrition in the aged pneumonia patients This was correlated with the disorders of the hormone and cytokine's secretion in the body These pathological characters alleviated after be cured
