摘要
做好新时期高校人力资源的开发是加速高校建设和发展的关键。当前高校在人力资源开发工作中所存在的主要问题是:人力资源开发的观念相对滞后;人力资源的开发与管理机制不健全;缺乏对人力资源开发的深入研究。鉴于此,提出了加强人力资源管理工作的几点具体思路。
