A Legislative Study on the Issue of Money Collection of the Private Enterprises in Our Country

在对制约我国民营企业发展的瓶颈问题——融资进行分析的基础上,结合党的十六大全面建设小康社会,积极发展民营企业的精神,运用法学和经济学理论对我国的直接融资法律制度和间接融资法律制度进行探讨,提出了相应的立法建议。

This paper probes the legal systems of both direct and indirect money collections in our country with the theories of the law and the theories of economics, and puts forward some legislalive suggestions accordingly.
