消费不仅是一个经济问题,而且也具有伦理意义。当代社会盛行的物质主义的消费方式和生活方式,不仅意味着社会财富占有的不公,而且还严重地威胁着人类赖以生存的根基。人类要走出困境和危机,就必须转变消费理念,抛弃无限度的物质性的消费主义伦理,形成兼顾人的需要与自然需要、物质消费与精神消费、当代人的需要与后代人的需要,以及同代人之间需要的适度性的消费伦理。

Consume problem is not only a economic one, but also a ethical problem. The contemporary prevalent living and material consume style means the unfairness of control of social property and the thread of human living circumstances. It is necessary to take the following measures for human to cast off the predicament and crisis: the transformation of consume ideas, the abandonment of endless material consume, the favorable consume ethics which pay much attention on three aspects: the necessity between human and nature, between material and spirit, between the contemporary people and the future people, and the necessity among the same generation.
