直径2mm以下同种异体血管移植的实验研究

Experimental study of the Homologous Transplantation of Vessels with Diameter Less Than 2mm

目的 :探讨直径 2mm以下同种异体血管移植的可行性。方法 :随机选 3 0只新西兰兔分成甲乙 2组 ,每组15只。甲组移植低温贮存的同种异体股动脉 15条 ,乙组采用移植自体动脉 15条。结果 :甲乙 2组即刻通畅率分别为10 0 % ,术后 5周～ 10个月内甲组通畅率 86.1% ,乙组为 80 %。 2组组织学变化类似 ,无明显排异反应。结论 :低温贮存的同种异体血管可做血管移植的代用品 ,而且取材方便 ,有一定的实用性。

Objective:To explore the feasibility of the homologous transplantation of vessels with diameter less than 2mm.Method:Thirty New Zealand rabbits were randomly and equally divided into group A and group B.Rabbits of group A were transplanted with homologous femoral arteries,and rabbits of group B were transplanted with autograft artery.Results:The vessels patency rate of two groups postoperation is 100% immediately after operation.Five weeks to 10 months after operation,the vessels patency rate of group A is 86.1% and in group B is 80%.It's similar in the histological in two groups and without rejection.Conclusion:Frozen preserved homologous vessels is a feasible graft with advantage to obtain.
