摘要
川江航运,自古有之。但自1890年重庆开埠以后,川江航权逐步丧失。直到20世纪30年代,民生公司崛起之后,这一状况才得到改善,并最终收回了川江航权。到了抗战期间,川江成为大后方交通运输的大动脉。
Chuan─Jiang River has been enjoying its own navigation right from the ancient time but had gradually lost it since Chongqing was opened as a foreign trading port in 1890.The situation was not better until the Peoples livelihood company rose in the 1930s, and the shipping right returned to the Chuan―Jiang River in the end. During the Anti―Japanese War, Chuan―Jiang River has developed to be a large artery of the rear traffic.
