In the report of the 16th National Conference of the Chinese Communist Party, comrade Jiang Zemin has put forward and established the guidelines, strategies and mechanisms for anti-corruption struggle in face of new situations, and therefore done a full theoretical preparation to open up a new prospect for anti-corruption work.
