摘要
选10个具有抗根倒伏差异的玉米自交系,按完全双列式组配的45个组合为供试材料,经遗传参数估算和通径分析。结果表明:所有抗根倒伏性状基因型间存在显著差异;抗根倒伏性状基因型变异中其一般配合力比特殊配合力重要,同一抗根倒伏性状不同自交系,同一自交系不同抗根倒伏性状一般配合力表现明显差异;多数抗根倒伏性状间的遗传正相关显著,丰产的玉米组合表现较优的根强度,不同性状对根倒作用大小不同。
Studies were carried out with 45 F1 hybrids(1/2?0<10-1>) ,genetic parameters were estimated, path analysis were adopted. The results indicated :there were highly significant differences in 45 genotypes for all the root lodging resistance traits; the GCA was more important than the SCA in the genotypic variations for root resistance traits and the GCA differences were rather remarkable in the same trait of the various inbred and in the same inbred of the various traits; the positive genetic correlations among most of all the root lodging resistance traits were significant, the hybrids with greater yield potential performed strong root, and the different traits had different effects upon the root lodging.
