对收入分配若干问题的思考

Reflections on the issue of income distribution

收入分配无论是对于宏观经济还是微观经济都非常重要。当一国居民收入差距过大时,政府必须通过再分配手段加以调节。然而,从发达国家经验和教训来看,单纯的和深度的政府再分配有其弊端,必须辅之以自愿再分配。自愿再分配既有必要性也有可能性。现阶段,我国居民的收入差距过大,必须通过强化政府再分配和自愿再分配加以调节。

Income distribution is significant to both macro-economy and micro-economy. When there is a great gap among the citizens' income, the government should regulate the gap by redistribution. But judging from the success and failure in the advanced countries, single governmental redistribution has its disadvantages. So it should be combined with voluntary redistribution. At present in China, voluntary redistribution is necessary and possible. The great gap among the citizens' income should be regulated through strengthening the combination of the governmental and voluntary redistribution.
