关于发展党内民主的几点思考

Reflection on developing inner-party democracy

本文在民主政治的视域里 ,审视党内民主与民主、社会主义民主政治的关系 ,并从中国社会主义民主政治建设实践中 ,探索“党内民主是党的生命”这一命题的核心内涵和重要意义。指出发展党内民主不仅是发展社会主义民主政治的逻辑前提 ,更是党的建设和发展的内在要求。党内民主是人民民主的核心和灵魂 ,党内民主的维持和维护是制度化的民主过程。发展党内民主是激发全党积极性、主动性和创造性的动力源泉。

This essay, from the perspective of socialist democracy, analyzes the relationship between the socialist democracy and inner-party democracy. It proves that the inner-party democracy is the life of the party and the leading role in people's democracy. Developing the inner-party democracy is not only the logical premise of developing the socialist democracy, but also the essential requirements for the development of our party itself. The inner-party democracy is the core and soul of the people's democracy. Developing the inner-party democracy can mobilize the initiative and creativity of the whole party.
