随着DICOM标准和MPEG2标准在医疗领域的普及,越来越多的医疗设备和系统基于DICOM和MPEG2格式进行图像或视频文件的存储。本文介绍了一种基于AdiveX技术的多格式医学图像解读器MIViewer,不仅较好地解决了包括DICOM及MPEG2在内的各类医学图像及视频的解析阅读问题,而且可以内嵌于其它图像诊断和分析软件中,高效灵活地定制开发各类医学图像系统。

Nowadays, more and more medical devices and systems store pictures and video files in DICOM and MPEG2 format. A mulitiform medical image viewer based on ActiveX technique is introduced in this article. It not only realizes parsing and viewing of multiform at medical images, which include DICOM, MPEG2 etc, but also can be embedded in other kinds of medical image diagnosis and analysis software to customize and develop medical image system with high efficiency and fiexibility.
