介绍一种采用数字图像处理技术而设计的肿瘤细胞DNA图像分析系统。该系统功能包括细胞DNA含量定量测量,DNA倍体分析和细胞核形态参数分析。该系统可为癌细胞的病理诊断提供可靠的数据。文中给出了系统硬件、软件的设计。

This paper describes a cancer cell DNA image analysis system developed using digital image processing technology. The functions of the system include the quantification of the DNA content, the analysis of DNA ploidy as well as cell morphologic analysis. It can offer reliable data for the pathologic diagnosis of cancer cell. The hardware and software design of the system is presented.
