摘要 介绍了采用磁性纳米粒子作为热疗介质结合交变磁场进行肿瘤热疗的新技术及其在国内外的发展情况。对比于过去通过手术植入磁热种籽进行磁致过热治疗肿瘤的方法,基于纳米磁性材料的磁过热肿瘤热疗技术具有能量吸收率高、毒副作用小、加热均匀等优点。 In this paper, hyperthermia therapy with magnetic nanopartices and AC magnetic field, and its development status all over the world are described. Compared with the traditional hyperthermia therapy with thermal seed, the new technology with magnetic nanoparticles has many advantages such as high energy absorption rate, smaller side-effect, and more homogenous heating.
