摘要 教育均衡化发展是针对我国教育发展不均衡状况,近年来在我国义务教育发展阶段出现的一个新提法。其实质是要确保人人都有受教育的权利和义务;向受教育者提供相对平等的接受教育的机会和条件、教育成功机会和教育效果的相对均等。本文客观、实证地分析了当前我国义务教育发展在三大地带之间的巨大差距,并就此提出促进我国教育均衡发展的若干政策建议。 The balanced development of education aims at t he unbalanced states of educational development in our country and has been a new parlance at the s tage o f compulsory education these years. Its essentials make sure that everyone has r ight and duty to be educated. It provides educatees with the relatively fair opp ortunities and conditions, the relatively equal successes and effects. The essay analyzes the great differences about the current compulsory education of our co untry among the three districts objectively and demonstratively, and puts forwar d some advice on the balanced development of education in our country.
