An Approach to Quantitative Judgement of Leakage Flux in NDT

对 x 和 y 方向漏磁分量敏感的磁传感器得到的检测信号波形之间有明显差异。不同方向上的漏磁分布特性函数的形状与检测信号的形状有着一一对应的关系。对检测信号波形特征的分析可作为缺陷定量判断的可行途径。

There are obvious differences between the test signnal wave shapes from the magnetic sensors sensitive to x—and y — directioanl leakage fluxes.On the other hand,the characteristic functions of the leakage fluxes from the different directions are in good correspondence with their test signal shapes.Ther efore,it is a feasible way to analyze the wave features of the test signals for quantitative judgement of defects.
