液膜法除电镀废水中铬的最佳试验条件和传质机理探讨

摘要 本文全面考虑了影响制乳和传质过程的各种因素,运用L<sub>18</sub>(2<sup>1</sup>×3<sup>7</sup>)多因素多水平正交试验,针对不同浓度含铬废水(20~100 ppm),模索出能一次处理达到国家排放标准的液膜法除铬最佳试验条件,同时探讨了液膜法除铬分离机理,认为根据内相不同而存在两种不同的分离机理(同向迁移和逆向迁移)。 In this paper,considering the all —round factors in preparing the emulsion and influen cing the mass —transfer processes,the authors have used a multifactor and multilevel orthogonal test layout(L18(2~1×3~7))to investigate the optimal experimental conditions to remaove chro mium from different chromium —concentrated electroplating waste water with the liquid —membrane method in accord with the state standards through a single theatment.Moreover,the authors also have studied the seperating mechanism of eliminating chromium with the liquid — membrane method.The authors have concluded that according to the differences of the interior pases, there exist two kinds of seperating mechanism,i.e.unidirectional translation and bidirectoional translation.
