摘要
职业学校效能是一个关系到如何评价职业学校及其长期发展的问题。本文在分析了职业学校效能研究的基本框架、研究的结构和层次基础上,认为只有深入研究职业学校的主体效能,即校长效能、教师效能和学生效能,才能理清职业学校效能的内容,也才能更好地为职业学校发展服务。
Efficacy of the vocational schools has become an educational focus problems.it is the problem related to how to evaluate the level and the long-term development of vocational schools.Based on analysing the basic framework, the research structure and levels of the efficacy research of vocational schools,the article believes that only by means of making a further research on main-body efficacy of vocational schools,namely the efficacy of principals,teachers and students,can the content of efficacy of vocational schools be put right and be better serve the development of vocational schools.
