Analysis and Thinking on the Current Situation of Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Education

职业教育能否充分发挥重要作用,是否拥有一支高素质的教师队伍是重要因素。本文分析了我国职教师资队伍的现状、存在的问题,提出师资队伍建设的主体方向,并建议强化师资培养培训基地建设,完善培养培训措施,推进实施教师资格制度和职务岗位聘任制度,制定提高职教师资社会地位的政策。

Whether vocational education is brought into full play or not depends on the teaching staff with high quality.The article analyses the current situation of teaching staff in vocational education and problems existing in it,puts forward the subjective direction to construct teaching staff,and set proposals that we should enhance the construction of the base of training teaching staff,perfect the training measures,pro-mote to implement the system of teacher qualification and post employment,lay down the policy to improve the social status of teaching staff in higher vocational education.
