摘要
在含Cu、Zn分别为0.11mol/L、0.49mol/L的2mol/L碳铵—2mol/L氨的黄铜熔炼渣的浸出液中,加1mol/LNaOH,可使Cu以Cu(OH)_2形态优先沉淀下来,Zn以Zn(OH)_4~2形态留在溶液中,加10%H_2SO_4,可使滤液中的Zn以Zn(OH)_2形态沉淀下来,从而达到分步分离铜和锌的目的。
By adding 1 mol · L-1 NaOH solution to leached solution of brass smelt residues which contain 0.11 mol · L-1 of Cu2+, 0.49 mol · L-1, of Zn2n+ 2.0 mol · L-1 of ammonium Carbonate and 2.0 mol · L-1 of ammonia, the Cu2+in the solution is made to precipitate in the form of Cu(OH)2 but the Zn2+ remains in the form of Zn(OH)2; And then add 10%(v/v)H2SO4 solution into the filtrate and the precipitation of Zn2+ in the form of Zn(OH)2 results.Thus ,Cu2+ and Zn2+ in leached solution can be nearly completely separated.
