Quality Control on Sihuang Sanzi Decoction by TLC Identification

目的 :研究四黄三子汤的质量控制方法。方法 :采用薄层色谱法对四黄三子汤中黄连、黄柏、苦参进行定性鉴别。结果 :三味药材的薄层色谱鉴别呈阳性 ,阴性对照无干扰。结论 :方法可靠 。

Objective:To study the quality control method of Sihuang Sanzi Decoction.Methods: Rhizoma Coptidis, Cortex Phellodendri and Radix Sophorae Flavescentis in Sihuang Sanzi Decoction were identified by TLC.Results:The three species were positive in TLC identification.Conclusion:Being simple, duplicative and specific, the method is important to the quality control of this drug.
