摘要
目的 :研究清金注射液 (QJI)的解热作用机理。方法 :用伤寒、副伤寒甲乙型三联疫苗致家兔发热与大肠杆菌菌液致大鼠发热模型 ,观察清金注射液对发热动物体温、家兔脑脊液 (CSF)中环磷腺苷酸 (cAMP)、大鼠血浆中cAMP及血清白介素 -1(IL -1)含量的影响。结果 :清金注射液对发热动物的体温升高有明显抑制作用 ,能明显抑制三联疫苗致发热家兔脑脊液中cAMP的升高 ;可明显抑制大肠杆菌致发热大鼠血浆中cAMP与血清中IL -1含量的升高。结论 :清金注射液具有显著解热作用 ,其机制与抑制中枢发热介质cAMP与内生致热原IL -1的产生有关。
Objective:To study the antipyretic mechanism of Qingjin Injection(QJI).Methods:Rabbits fever model induced by Typhoid and Paratyphoid A and B mixed-vaccine and rats fever model induced by E.coli were used to observe the effect of QJI on body temperature, cAMP in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of rabbit, cAMP in the plasma and IL-1 in the serum of rat.Results:QJI can significantly lower body temperature in both febrile animals, remarkably inhibit the elevation of cAMP in the CSF of rabbits and the plasma of rats.Meanwhile QJI can significantly decrease the content of IL-1 in serum of rats.Conclusion:The antipyretic mechanism of QJI may be related to the inhibition of cAMP (central medium) and IL-1(endogenous pyrogen).
