高效液相色谱法测定牛蒡子配方颗粒中牛蒡苷的含量

Determination of Arctinn in Niubangzi Extracts by HPLC

目的 :采用HPLC法测定牛蒡子配方颗粒中牛蒡苷的含量。方法 :以C18化学键合硅胶柱为固定相 ,甲醇 水 (1∶1.1)为流动相 ,UV检测波长为 2 80nm。结果 :加样回收率为 98.76% ,RSD =1.2 6% (n =5 ) ,牛蒡苷在 1.184～ 5 .92 0 μg范围内 ,进样量与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .9999。结论 :方法准确 ,快速 ,简便 ,重现性好 ,可用于牛蒡子配方颗粒中牛蒡苷的含量测定。

Objective: To develop a method to determine the contents of arctiin in Niubangzi Extracts. Methods: The separation was performed on C 18 column with methanol water (1∶1∶1) as a mobile phase and the wavelength of UV detector was 280 nm. Results: The separating degree and linearity of this method was good with the average recovery:98.76%, RSD =1.26%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, quick, simple and highly reproducible. It can be used for determination of Niubangzi Extracts.
