摘要 目的 总结我院开展冠状静脉窦逆行灌注心肌保护方法的临床效果。方法 重症心脏手术体外循环 (CPB) 2 16例CPB中进行逆灌 10 0例 (Ⅰ组 ) ,行主动脉根部顺行灌注 116例 (Ⅱ组 )。采用 4∶1氧合血停搏液。结果 Ⅰ组自动复苏为95例 ,Ⅱ组自动复苏 98例。 OBJECTIVE The effect of myocardial protection of retrograde coronary sinus cardioplegia was summarized in our hospital during last three years. METHODS We divided 216 patients suffering from serious heart disease into two groups. Group I (100 cases) : retrograde coronary sinus cardioplegia was made for myocardial protection. Group II (116 cases) : aortic root cardioplegia was made for myocardial protection. The 4:1 oxygenated blood cardioplegia was adopted. RESULTS There were 95 cases recovering their heart beat automatically in group I. There were 98 cases recovering their heart beat in group II. CONCLUSIONS Retrograde coronary sinus cardioplegia had a better myocardial protection to the patients suffering from serious heart valve disease and coronary heart disease.
