小叶金钱草抗脂质过氧化作用的实验研究

An Experimental Study of Anti-lipid Peroxidation Effects of Hydrocotyle Sibthorpioides Lam

目的 :研究小叶金钱草对四氯化碳 (CCl4 )诱导小鼠脂质过氧化反应的影响作用。方法 :制备实验小鼠分成正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、低剂量组及高剂量组 ,采用一次性腹腔注射CCl4 小鼠急性肝损伤模型 ,分别检测各组小鼠血清、肝组织中脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,以及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。结果 :小叶金钱草显著降低血清、肝组织中MDA含量 (P <0 .0 0 1)、显著升高SOD活性 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :小叶金钱草具有抗脂质过氧化的作用。

Objictive:To study the anti-lipid peroxidation effects of hydrocotyle sibthorpioides lam on CCl 4-induced acute hepathic injury in mices.Mathods:Fifty mices were devided into normal group?model group(CCl 4)?experiment control group(vitE+CCl 4)?experiment group Ⅰ?experiment group Ⅱ.All mices except in normal group were induced by CCl 4 interaeritonealy at one time,resulting in acute hepathic injury model.Then malondialdehyde(MAD) contents and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in serum and hepatic tissue in all mices were measured.Result:Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides lam could markedly decrease the MAD contents( P <0.001) and increase SOD activity in serum and hepathic tissue in intoxication mices( P <0.001).Conclusion:Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides lam has the effects of anti-lipid peroxidation.
