摘要
目的 :研究淫羊藿水提取液的中枢抑制作用。方法 :通过自主活动监测 ,协同戊巴比妥钠催眠等实验 ,探索淫羊藿的中枢抑制作用。结果 :淫羊藿水提取液对小鼠自发活动有明显抑制作用 ,能加速戊巴比妥钠的入睡时间和延长其睡眠时间 ,与戊巴比妥钠有协同的中枢抑制作用。结论 :淫羊藿水提取液有明显的中枢抑制作用。
Objective:To study the central inhibitory effect of Herba Epimedium (HE) water extract.Methods:The method of the hunged cage testing the autonomic activity in mice and the experiment of cooperating with the hypnotic effect of pentobarbital sodium were used.Results:HE obviously inhibited the spontaneous activity in mice.It could shorten the hypnagogic time of pentobarbital sodium and prolong its hypnotic effect with pentobarbital sodium.Conclusion:HE has the central inhibitory effect.
