摘要
目的 测定竹叶叶绿素衍生物脱镁叶绿酸 a的含量。方法 用 HPL C法测定 ,以甲醇 -醋酸 (1 0∶0 .1 )为流动相 ,4 0 9nm为检测波长。结果 叶绿素衍生物脱镁叶绿酸 a含量为 2 1 .2 %。结论 该法简单、快速。
Objective To establish a HPLC determination of Phyllins Pheophorbide a of Bamboo leaves.Methods Pheophorbide a was determined by HPLC. The mobile phase was MeOH HAc(10∶ 0.1 ).Detection wavelength was 409 nm.Results The content of Phyllins Pheophorbide a was 21.2%.Conclusion This method was simple,quick and accurate for determination of Phyllins Pheophorbide a of bamboo leaves.
