摘要
用HPLC法测定舒肝丸中芍药苷的含量。色谱柱:VP-ODS C_(18),流动相:0.05mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈(85:15),检测波长:230nm,芍药苷在0.04～0.60μl范围内呈良好的线性关系;r=0.9996,平均回收率98.5％,RSD为1.2％。所建立的方法简便可行,重现性好。
A HPLC method was developed for the determination of paeoniflorin in Shugan pills. The chromatographic system consists of VP - ODS C18 column and mobile phase of 0.05mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate- acetonitrile (85:15) with detection wavelength at 230nm. The linear range was 0.04 - 0.60μl and the average recovery was 97.4% (RSD = 1.5%). The method was simple, accurate and high reproducible.
