不同药物治疗前列腺增生症

Clinic Effect of Four Drugs for Treating Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

考察四种药物的临床疗效。将120例前列腺增生患者,随机分为4组,A组口服阿呋唑嗪,5mg,bid;B组口服普适泰,每日两次,每次一片;C组口服非那雄胺,5mg,qd;D组口服坦索罗辛,200μg,qd;治疗前及12周后进行排尿症状检测。实验结果表明所有药物均能明显改善患者主现症状、客观体征及生活质量。

To observe the clinical effect of four drugs on benign prostatic hyperplasia, 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into four groups. Group A, receiving Afuzosin, 5mg, bid; Group B, receiving Prostat, one tablet, bid; Group C, receiving Proscar, 5mg, qd; Group D, receiving Yamanouchi, 200μg, qd. The result shown that the clinical symptoms of patients were significantly improved after receiving therapy 12 weeks, and the four drugs had a better effect on benign prostatic hyperplasia.
