放疗化疗联合治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌43例

Combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy used in local advanced non - small cell lung cancer(Nsds)

目的 探讨以顺铂为主的化疗方案加放疗对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法 86例局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各 43例,放疗方案以 CAP、EP、MVP或 MOP,每人至少化疗两个周期,化疗后 10～14天放射治疗,放疗采用^(60)Co外照射。结果 治疗组有效率83.7％,中位生存期 14.5个月,对照组有效率67.4％,中位生存期10个月,两组不良反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应。结论 以顺铂为主的化疗方案加放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效较高,可提高肿瘤的局部控制率和延长生存期。

Objective To research the effects of combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy used in local advanced non - small cell lung cancer. Methods 86 patients were divided into two groups. In the treatment group, 43 cases were treated with CAP,EP and MVP or MOP. Eeveryone was used two circle of radiotherapy after chemotherapy 10 - 14days. Results The effective rates of the former and the latter groups were 83. 7% and 67. 4% (P<0.01) The median survival time was 14. 5 months and 10 months. Toxicities were myelosuppression and gastrointestinal tract toxicities. Conclusion The chemotherapy group was better improving the local control and ultimate outcome.
