晚期妊娠催产素引产严重出血18例

18 Cases of Blood Bleeding Resulting from Oxytocin Abortion in Later Pregnancy

目的 探讨催产素引产致严重出血的病因及处理方法。方法 对18例静滴催产素引产致产后严重出血的病例进行回顾分析。结果 18例病人最后全部表现为阴道出血不止用宫缩剂等治疗效果不佳,不得以全部采取了子宫切除术。16例痊愈,2例因休克时间过长导致DIC死亡。结论 对无明显催产素引产的医学指征,特别是对精神紧张宫颈成熟度差的孕妇不宜静滴催产素引产。

Objective To explore the cause of serious blood bleeding resulting from oxytocin abortion and the methods to deal with it. Methods Analyzing 18 cases of serious blood bleeding resulting from transfusing oxytocin abortion. Results 18 cases of vagina blood bleeding treated with vagina medicine but did not stop bleeding. At last all the patients have been taken uterectomy of which 16 cases have recovered and 2 cases died of DIC. Conclusion The pregnancy women without the medical sign of obvious oxytocin abortion, especially for those with nervous and cervix have not reached maturity are not suitable for using oxytocin abortion.
