政治合法性是现代政党执政的先决条件。为争取和增强合法性 ,执政党的建设必须要解决一系列基本问题 ,其中包括如何扩大党执政的社会基础 ,如何面对意识形态的困境 ,如何反腐倡廉等 ,国外执政党在解决这些问题时 ,有成功的经验 ,也有失败的教训 ,我们可以从中得到启迪。

Political legalization is the prerequisite for parties to exercise power in modern times. To strive for and strengthen legalization, a series of issues must be solved in the construction of parties in power, including how to expand the social basis of the parties in power, how to face the ideological predicament, how to oppose corruption and remain incorruptible. In solving these issues, parties in power in foreign countries have both experiences of success and lessons of failure, from which we can keep enlightened.
