我国的电力体制改革已经初步展开。随着电力改革的深入 ,水电业面临着建国以来最好的发展机遇。当然 ,我国推进的电力体制改革也将会带给水电行业严峻的挑战。水电行业应当抓住机遇 ,迎接挑战 ,积极争取国家有利政策 ,引进战略投资者 ,大力开发西电 ,深化水电企业内部改革 。

Electric power system reform has been initiated in China. With the deepening of electric power system reform, hydropower industry is confronted with the best chance of development ever since the establishment of the People's Republic of China. Of course, electric power system reform can also bring severe challenge for hydropower industry in China. Therefore, hydropower industry should catch hold of the opportunity, face the challenge, make full use of the favorable policies, introduce strategic investor, develop power resources of western China, and deepen internal reform in the hydropower enterprises to develop basin economy.
